Feeling inspired? Why not hire our local community hall and inject something new into our little hood. You’d probably be quite surprised on just how affordable this is, whether a one off event or a regular gig. We’ve put our thinking cap on and come up with some ideas, who’s got more? And who’s keen to start a new venture and make new friends?

🃏Games night
🎊Birthday parties young & old (no 21sts though sorry)
🔩DIY workshops
🥘Potluck dinner
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Family reunions
🎨Painting class
🧐Quiz night
🧶Crafting club
👗Clothes swap
👩🏻‍🍳Cooking class
📔Scrapbooking
🌱Propagation class
🏃‍♀️Exercise class
🏸Badminton (2 courts, no nets)
💒Sunday school

Fully kitted out kitchen including crockery, tables and chairs. Smaller “supper” room and the option of using the main hall if that’s a better fit. We are happy to show you around if you are toying with the idea.

We really appreciate the communities support for our fundraising initiatives as this is a community owned Hall.

The old library building has been sold and money is to be used on the new Hall. It will be held in trust until the building is started.

STOLEN FENCING

Over this last weekend, the safety fencing was stolen from the Sefton Hall (surrounding the water tank). It happened between Saturday morning and Monday morning. This follows the lead toilet vent pipes being stolen several weeks ago. If on the off chance, you see these items turn up somewhere, please get in touch.

Fundraising is underway for a new Sefton hall and these missing items add unneeded pressure. Maybe somebody would like to do the right thing and donate them back again. Thanks so much.
