I hope you all had a primo long weekend 😁.
I’m back at it this week with my $21 single serve seafood boils at the shops plus I’ll be doing big trays from as well.

Hi whānau,

Hope you all had a primo weekend 😁.

This week coming I will
only be cooking during the week whānau. I won’t be cooking over easter weekend. So if you need your seafood boil fix, head down to one of these stores this week to get a seafood boil ☺️.
Single serve $21 trays come with whole prawns, mussels, potatoes, corn, kranskys and 1 egg all covered in smoked paprika sauce.

UPPER HUTT!!!!!Im coming for you 🤣. As of next week Wednesday I will be stocked at MetroMart Silverstream around 12.30pm whānau. So for yall that have been hassling me to come out to Upper Hutt here we go 😂😂. Ill post an update in the next couple of days.

Hāngī is more than just kai—it’s culture, tradition, and that unbeatable smoky flavour that hits straight to the soul. If you’ve ever stood around an in-ground hāngī, watching the unearthing, feeling the heat rise, and smelling that first whiff of hangi goodness, you know the mana it carries.

We love in-ground hāngī. We’ve done them growing up, we know the effort, the teamwork, and the pride that goes into every single one. But when it came to running a full-time hāngī business? The numbers just didn’t stack up.

So why don’t we do in-ground hāngī?
🔸 The labour – An in-ground hāngī needs extra hands to prep, light the fire, load the baskets, bury, unearth, and serve. We’d need more staff, which would push up costs—meaning you’d be paying a lot more for your feed.

🔸 The uncertainty – If you’ve been around enough in-ground hāngī, you’ve probably seen a few close calls “bro the weather is teetz, the fire didn’t catch properly.” With our system, we can control the heat, test, and cook more if needed—so every hāngī is perfect every time.

🔸 Making hāngī accessible – Traditionally, hāngī was for big events—birthdays, weddings, tangi. We wanted to change that. With our system, you can grab one more often.

But what about the taste?
Bro, this is the biggest question we get. Some people think if it’s not in the ground, it’s not the same. Fair enough—until they try it.

We’ve had people say:
