🧀 The Ultimate Brisket CHEESE ROLL! 🤤

🍞 Fix white loaf sliced long ways, house made kiwi onion dip 🧅, cheese, Swiss cheese, caramelised onions, bacon 🥓 jam, slow cooked pulled brisket 😯, pickles, all rolled up and topped with more onion dip, more cheese and more pickles 🫣

This gooey, meaty, onion dip-py cheese roll certainly didn’t get a Michelin Star 😂 Far too much fun for fine dining and no one’s eating this with a knife and fork 😏
