Family Kitchen with Mark We are a Wellington-based Artisan Sourdough Doughnut & Catering company, offering doughnuts and catering.

Kitchen with Mark. The business started as a food delivery service before moving on to doughnuts. The core of our business is now artisan sourdough doughnuts, but we also offer a wide range of catering, have a celebratory cake service, and run stalls at various events around the Wellington region. We finally caught up to celebrate our house sale (with a friend and best agent, Henrietta Catalan Properties)
at Master Kong. Every dish was spot-on delicious, aromatic, flavoursome, and perfectly finished.

1st time making Hollandaise and it's 10 out of 10 for Eggs Montreal.
Using fresh eggs from the farm, it's a Kiwi favourite.

I always put aromatics and lemons or onions inside. Ill rub the butter under the skin before roasting. 5 hours in the brine.

15 hours till Christmas Day in New Zealand. Tip of the day: if serving turkey. Why not brine it today and prepare any basting butter? I've just cooked my braised peas to save stove space. Think of stove and oven space: another consideration.
