We have two rooms available the more intimate lounge and the large gymnasium. The Awakeri Events Centre offer a number of facilities for any event you’re planning. The centre has the ability to host and cater for a variety of events both large and small. The venue is a blank canvas that can be transformed into your dream wedding day, a sophisticated corporate event, a meeting venue and much more.
The Events Centre is extremely versatile and provides your one stop shop for a vast array of functions in the eastern bay. The centre boasts two generously sized options. The lounge function room seats a maximum of 120 pax with a large decked area out to one side which is beautiful and sunny during the summer months. The gymnasium function room is for your larger events seating a maximum of 300 pax. Once decorated with the ceiling swags, staging and black backdrops you have an amazing venue. You have the option to hire a fully licensed bar from both the lounge and the hall, and we have a variety of preferred caterers available that are able to utilize our kitchen to compliment and enhance your event.
