First wedding of the season 🤍

Elise and Gianni married up on his family farm, then headed back to the Smoking Goose with a small group of their nearest and dearest.

A four-wheel drive was needed to get to the ceremony, so I raxed Dad’s farm truck….Bridal bouquet riding sh***un with the shovel and the milk fever meds 😂

Everything about this day just felt so fun. Only a few snaps of the arch and table flowers, but such a lovely way to start the season x

If you know you’re going to need flowers, get your order in before 11am the business day prior and I can pop them on my trusted courier for you! Just $10 to Whakatāne, Kawerau, Matatā + Ōhope 👏

I’m still out and about doing personal deliveries Monday–Friday, so if you need something same day, or have a particular delivery time, that’s still an option. The courier just gives you a more affordable option when you’re able to plan a day ahead x

When Vanessa from Whyte Light Flower Farm asked me to host a vase-arranging workshop, I said yes! Come play, I can’t wait to share my tips for arranging flowers with you.

Don’t let the grid fool you

It ain’t always pretty summer flower dresses around here.

This is how I be showing up in the garden. Bush pants, holey gloves and some badass beats 🌸

Have you noticed?

I’m feeling a creative shift.

Sweet Stems is becoming more flower-led, more eccentric and a little less expected.

Still gathered with intention. Still created with heart. Just with a little more edge.

Ordering flowers from Sweet Stems is easy.

1. Choose from THE BOUQUET or THE FLORAL JAR
2. Pick your size/value
3. Tell me what colours or flower varieties you like
4. Leave the rest to me

I hate ordering something online and being faced with too many options 🤯 It gets overwhelming, so I’ve kept ordering flowers simple ✨

Just tell me what you like, and I’ll take care of the rest 🤍
