For their team day at Amsterdam, teamed up with and Program to turn the building into an experience — one that brought people together through food, conversation, and connection.

From energising morning sessions to a pop-up restaurant in the lobby, it was all about showing what’s possible when food becomes part of the story. As Jeanine Raadschelders from WTC Amsterdam put it, “A super successful event! Join Program showed how powerful a well-organised pop-up can be for connection and inspiration.”

This week, we hosted the Cornet Networking Event at Miro — where we took a deep dive into workplace strategy and data collection during the Learning Lab, led by Daaf Sern and Dennis Reisner.

Our very own Elles Joan van Duijn gave guests a peek behind the scenes of Join Program, showing how we're rewriting the rules of workplace food. Of course, attendees didn't just hear about it — they tasted why we're not your typical caterer.

Last night, ACE became more than a venue — it turned into a playground for bold ideas and real conversations.

Together, we reimagined the office as a living community. Iglesias Iguacel led an inspiring session about the hybrid space — where the office meets the event venue. We also unveiled our newest initiative, The Festive Table (more information coming soon). And of course, we kept the energy high with a Join Program Pop-Up Office Restaurant. Because fresh thinking deserves fresh food.

And this is a wrap on our Workplace Experience events in 2025. We’ll be back in January to keep building our workplace community. Thank you to everyone who joined and shared their energy and insights.

From 15 September to 4 October, in collaboration with Upfront we’re launching the UPFRONT Hydration Bar at Join Program lunch spaces.

This upcoming 'National Vitality Week', we’re keeping teams energized with food, movement, focus, and hydration. Because our athletes need the right fuel to stay sharp, recover, and perform.

Please give it up for Massimo Staffa!

Our very own barista and coffee artist from Italy has made it to the final three in the 'Best Barista of the Netherlands' category at the Vermaat Talent Game Award 2025. Out of more than 100 nominees, he's representing Join Program.

About the Talent Game Awards: This award shines a spotlight on the people who go the extra mile every day and make a real difference.

The Barista category happened last Friday, 5 September. It was made possible by FrieslandCampina and presented by Femke Jansen, Bob Hagg, Michèle Luttik, Thea van Breugelen, Ewald Kuipers, and Laurens da Costa on the jury.

We could not be prouder, already. Go Massimo!
The winner will be known on 29 October at EXPO in Houten.
