And that marks the end of UCD Dance Society's 14th Session ❤️‍🩹 💫

On behalf of the whole committee, we thank you all so much for the overwhelming love and support this year! Every part of the year was an absolute blast—from Freshers' Week 'til our Spring Showcase.

All the love to all the crew members who gave so much of their time, effort and skill to give the most stunning performances this year. You truly raised UCD Dance Society into an avenue of excellence through commitment and hardwork 🫶

Thank you so much as well to all the course dancers that stepped up into the limelight and gave it their all during our showcases! We are so glad to have reached so many people, ultimately spreading love through dance 💃❤️

Truly, this was a stellar year where, hopefully, we drew everyone closer to dancing. 14th Session, signing out! 🫶

It’s WEEK 11, we’ve got a jam-packed schedule this week and whether you’re just starting out or ready to level up, there’s something for everyone this week 🌟🕺

Here’s what’s on:

TUESDAY
• Jazz Skills with Ava, 4 PM @ Studio 4
• Intermediate Hip Hop with Olina, 5PM @ Village Studio

WEDNESDAY
• Advanced Contemporary with Amy, 2 PM (Location TBC)
• Beginner Kpop with Sarah, 4 PM @ Studio 4

THURSDAY
• Beginner Irish Dance with Molly, 4 PM @ Studio 4

From fierce hip hop grooves to elegant contemporary flows and energetic Irish steps, we’re covering all styles. Come dance, learn something new, meet awesome people, and most importantly have FUN! 🤩

HipHop with Laura & Rachel – Tues 5 PM, Village

If you had (or are currently having 😉) the most stellar time at our end-of-year gala, know that the excitement and fun does not stop there!

Since it's springtime and the semester is nearing towards an end, we have something special for you...THE DANCE SOC SPRING SHOWCASE 💖🌷☀️

The long-awaited event of the semester happens next Thursday, the 10th of April @ Astra Hall. Doors open at 7 and the show starts at 7:30. 🤍

There are NO PRE-BOOKED TICKETS for this event, you can pay in at the door with a minimum donation of €5. This semester, proceeds are in aid of Saoirse Ireland, an empowering service battling domestic violence.

Our crews and our course teams have worked extra hard to have a show-stopping performance, so come and see them showcase all of their beautiful talent 🫶

This also means our executive committee positions (Auditor, Vice Auditor, Secretary and Treasurer) are open. Further details and the application can be found in our linktree.

Only ONE DAY LEFT before the ticket sales for DanceSoc's Year-End Gala closes ‼️ Yes, the ticket sales end TOMORROW folks! The event will be taking place on Thursday, the 3rd of April, in Old Wesley Rugby Club.

Come in the most feverish and sparkly disco cocktail attires ✨🪩 Still lost? Check out the little moodboard we made for ya to get your mind set on looking like a disco diva (or king) 💖

All of the talented dancers above are more than happy to welcome you in their classes 🤗 If any of their dance journeys ✨spark your interest✨, join us for a class of €2 each or...spend the entire day with us and have access to ALL classes for just €5!

We can't wait to see everyone dancing the whole day away tomorrow—and for a good cause in aid of 🫶🥰 So excited to see y'all tomorrow‼️
