The Oracle Tree

17/10/2026

Some people dream of riches, fame and fortune.

We just want to befriend the local crows until they start bringing us shiny little treasures. 🖤🐦‍⬛✨

A lost earring, a curious button, a tiny golden trinket. Imagine being considered worthy of a gift by one of nature’s cleverest creatures.

There’s something rather magical about that.

A little wildness. A little wonder. And the possibility of being adopted by a neighbourhood crow with excellent taste in jewellery. 🌙🌿

Tell us, are you the sort of person who would leave little offerings for the crows in the hope of making a feathered friend?

We suspect we’re in very good company here. 🖤

✨🎄 A Little Christmas Magic in Mulbarton, Norfolk🎄✨

There’s something rather wonderful about village life, isn’t there?

A pub called The World’s End (because naturally, every good adventure should begin at the end of the world! 😂), a duck pond, a beautiful old church, winding paths across the Common, and a little village hall where something magical is happening this November. 🌿

We wanted to create something that celebrates the place we call home. Not just where to find us, but the little landmarks, familiar corners and community spirit that make Mulbarton so special.

Because Christmas isn’t just about shopping. It’s about gathering, discovering, supporting the people who make things with their hands and hearts, and finding a little wonder in the everyday.

And that is exactly what we’re bringing to Oracle Tree - Christmas Gathering ✨

🎄 Sunday 22nd November 2026
📍 Mulbarton Village Hall, Norfolk

Come and explore a wonderful gathering of independent makers, artists, artisans, wellbeing practitioners and curious souls.

Bring your friends, bring the family, have a wander, discover something unexpected and perhaps leave with a little more Christmas spirit than you arrived with.

❤️ Shop local. Meet people. Make memories.

After all, a village is so much more than a place on a map. It’s the people who bring it to life.

🌙🍄 WANTED - ONE WITCH. MUST HAVE OWN HEDGE.

Preferably with muddy boots, pockets full of interesting things and a slightly questionable relationship with the local crows. 🐦‍⬛

We’ve been wandering down the wonderfully peculiar rabbit hole of hedgewitches, old folklore and the magic of the English countryside.

And we’ve decided there’s something rather lovely about being a little wild, a little wise and not terribly concerned with what the neighbours think.

Especially if the neighbours have already spotted you talking to a tree. 🌳

So we’ve gathered a few curious thoughts into this little illustrated tale.

Swipe through and discover the world of the hedgewitch. ✨

And then tell us…

🧙‍♀️ Are you a cottage witch, kitchen witch or green witch?

Or are you simply someone who comes home from a woodland walk with seven sticks, three interesting stones and absolutely no explanation?

We suspect we’re in excellent company. 😂

🍂 A little woodland magic and pockets full of sticks… 🍄🌿

There is something rather wonderful about heading into the woods with absolutely no agenda, other than finding the perfect stick.

And goodness, there are a lot of opinions about what makes a perfect stick.

Some are too bendy. Some are too short. Some are apparently magnificent and must be carried home immediately. Along with seventeen others, three interesting leaves and possibly half the forest floor.

Today was all about muddy boots, rosy cheeks, autumn sunshine filtering through the trees and gathering little treasures for our next afternoon of making.

We’ve been drying orange slices, collecting twigs and dreaming up all sorts of wonderfully witchy autumn decorations. Think fragrant orange garlands, rustic woodland creations and Halloween spiderwebs woven from sticks and string. 🕸️🍊

Nothing particularly fancy. Nothing that needs to be bought.

Just a little imagination, a few things borrowed from nature and the sort of childhood afternoons that feel like they belong in an old storybook.

Because perhaps that’s where some of the loveliest magic lives. Not in expensive decorations or perfectly arranged homes, but in crooked little spiderwebs, sticky fingers, the smell of oranges and children who believe that every fallen branch has the potential to become something extraordinary.

And if the finished creations look slightly more like something made by a mischievous woodland goblin than anything you’d find on Pinterest?

Well, all the better. 🍄✨

Here’s to slow autumn Sundays, wild little imaginations and making something beautiful out of almost nothing.

With a little woodland magic,
The Oracle Tree 🌳
