Production sharing is all about making your event budget work harder.
When events take place on consecutive dates at Evolution London, there may be an opportunity to share parts of the core production build - think staging, screens, lighting, rigging, draping and AV.

That can mean less time building and de-rigging, reduced costs, less waste and potentially more budget to make your event even bigger and better. ✨

The de-rig is complete, Rydell High has left the building… but we’re still feeling that Summer Lovin’. ☀️

After eight incredible weeks, Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical has officially wrapped at Evolution London — and what a summer it’s been.

Secret Cinema transformed our blank canvas into the world of Grease, complete with Rydell High, Frosty Palace, the Auto Shop, live performances, giant screens and even an outdoor summer fairground.

And the result? Secret Cinema’s most attended show of all time.
Now, just days after the final performance, the entire world has been de-rigged and Evolution London is back to a blank canvas, ready for our busy autumn season.

Although with temperatures rising again this week, we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer just yet… ☀️
A huge congratulations to the entire Secret Cinema team and everyone who helped bring Rydell High to life for another unforgettable summer.

Ever wondered how we keep an ear on sound at Evolution London? 🔊🌿

Our home in Battersea Park, a Grade II* listed historic park, is a huge part of what makes Evolution London so unique – and something we take great care to respect.

Sound levels are carefully monitored across multiple points throughout the venue using a colour-coded system, with live readings allowing our Evolution London and Encore teams to keep track throughout an event and make adjustments when needed.

From live music to packed dance floors, it helps us create an incredible atmosphere inside while minimising disturbance to the park, the neighbouring zoo and local wildlife. 🌳
