🎉 Case Study Spotlight: Rooftop Summer Party at Savage Garden

📝 BRIEF
Ex Events was appointed to deliver a 25-year anniversary celebration for a client in London. The objective was to create a memorable day-to-evening event that reflected the significance of the milestone. Central to the brief was securing an iconic rooftop venue with panoramic city views, allowing guests to experience London from daylight through to dusk. Ex Events was responsible for full event management, including venue sourcing, catering, entertainment, AV production, and integrated branding across key event touchpoints.

⚙️ DELIVERY
We secured the rooftop venue Savage Garden, providing a striking backdrop with panoramic views across London throughout the afternoon and evening. A tailored catering programme was designed to evolve throughout the event, beginning with canapés, followed by bowl food and BBQ stations, and concluding with a dessert buffet. The entertainment programme featured a range of experiences, including live music, a magician, DJ performances, karaoke, and event photography. A bespoke guest DJ set was also incorporated, creating a personalised moment within the celebrations.

📈 RESULT
The event successfully celebrated the client’s 25-year milestone, delivering a memorable experience for guests from start to finish. The rooftop setting and evolving event programme received particularly positive feedback, with guests praising both the venue and the variety of entertainment on offer. The personalised DJ set proved to be a standout moment, creating a unique and memorable experience. Positive post-event feedback from the client reinforced the success of the project and strengthened the ongoing partnership, leading to discussions around future events.

Offsite Event at De Vere Beaumont Estate 🍃

Offsite for 70 guests across 4 days at De Vere Beaumont Estate for a remote tech company. Attendees joined from all over the world 🌍

The days were packed with conference sessions, but the fun was not missed 🎉

A fabulous first night kicked things off with a river cruise in Windsor with French Brothers, departing from the estate. On arrival, guests enjoyed a fantastic standing drinks reception followed by dinner at The Duchess of Cambridge pub 🍸

After the conference, the rest of the stay was filled with memorable moments including a gala dinner in the stunning Chapel on site ✨

Awesome team building activities led by the incredible GOTO Events.

Every detail was carefully curated to create an unforgettable experience for a remote team that does not often get the chance to spend time together outside of the office.

The weather was perfect, the sun was shining ☀️, and it was the ideal setting for ice cream and celebrating their first anniversary 🥂

Poolhouse Liverpool Street FAM Trip 🎱

We recently visited Poolhouse Liverpool Street, a fantastic interactive pool venue near the City that’s perfectly suited to team socials. The space seamlessly combines a casual bar setting with social gaming, creating an easy, high-energy environment for groups.

We had a go at the pool tables as a team, which was super fun and added a great interactive element to our afternoon.

We had such a fantastic time attending the showcase day at Gripped London and experiencing everything this unique venue has to offer for corporate events and team building days.

Located in West London with great transport links and easy access from Central London, Gripped is an ideal option for companies looking for an activity-based event without needing to travel too far out of the city.

Set across a huge outdoor adventure park, Gripped offers a range of high-energy activities including zip trekking, high ropes, speed slides, bag jumps and team games - all designed to get people out of their comfort zones, working together and genuinely having fun. 🎢

We absolutely loved taking on the zip wire course before enjoying lunch under the stretch tent - the perfect balance of adrenaline and relaxed networking.☀️
