I took myself on a visit to GreenAcres Rainford Park today, as I have the honour of leading a Celebration of Life service there in the near future. The beautiful service hall is surrounded by park and woodland with habitats for bees 🐝 , birds 🦆, even bats 🦇! A tranquil, picturesque setting for a final farewell.

On Saturday, along with my fabulous friend Vik and approximately 1500 other people, I thought it would be a great idea to hike a marathon. Twenty six miles and some very sore legs later, we have raised a good bit of money for a very good cause: Macmillan Cancer Support
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated - so far we have raised £660 on our just giving page, every penny will go towards ensuring that Macmillan can give support to those who need it. 💛
