EXETER UNI EVENT PLANNERS 👀

Your brand's strong. Your DJs are 🔥.

But not every venue comes with a club-quality sound system and lighting rig.

We can turn a bedroom DJ setup into a full-scale production, with powerful sound, club lighting, lasers, effects and more.

Is it an investment?

Absolutely.

Professional equipment and experienced crew aren't free. But when a few extra £ per ticket can transform your event from 'another student night' into one people can't stop posting about, it's an investment that can pay for itself many times over.

If you're planning the next big student event in Exeter, let's make it one people remember.

📩 Drop us a message.

(P.S. The bad DJ setup is AI-generated... we didn't want to roast anyone's actual event 😂)

It's your 21st Birthday - are you going out or staying home?

Our client chose both, with the help of one of our custom mobile nightclub packages, featuring a huge sound system, lasers, strobes, custom neon signs and more.

Nobody does it quite like this... So if you're looking for a unique night to remember, let us know 😎

This time last week, things went wrong.

We were excited to support with their last ever event at , but after setting up, we had a surprise visit from council workers, shutting down the venue with immediate effect due to a structural issue.

With 3 hours to go, we had to make a decision with the organisers - cancel the event, or find a new location.

The very helpful came to the rescue, and - armed with a team of bar staff, called-in technicians, and unlucky volunteers - we packed everything down, moved venue, and set up again, just in time for the start of the event.

Unforeseen things happen, but the show must go on!

Thank you to both bars, the organisers, our tech crew and everyone else who helped us rise to the challenge, and give Sync or Swim the finale it deserved.

BEHIND THE SCENES EXETER!
It's no secret that we're doing some great things at the moment with and , but have you ever wondered what it takes to make a student event look and sound this good?
We curated a custom sound and lighting rig for SoS to support their high production value events, and really bring the Club to The Cocktail.
Is your production letting your student brand down? Send us a DM. We can also help with private clients, corporate events, and University occasions too.

Festival themed weddings 👌

We recently provided stage, sound and lighting for a festival themed wedding in south Devon. There was a number of bands and DJ's that performed throughout the day. The event went without a hitch despite everything the weather threw at us!

Get in touch if you need a stage for your event, we still have some dates in 2023 available
