Built in the 1920s as a private residence the Grade II listed, magnificent Georgian fronted country house was never actually home to an Eaves family member. Fast forward almost a century and Eaves Hall has once again become a labour of love as the most recent addition to the James’ Places group. Having been sympathetically restored to its former glory, the stunning Eaves Hall can now be yours exclusively.

Emily, Lesley-Anne & Maddison in particular are a credit to the Eaves Hall team and were an incredible support both on the day and all the way through the planning. The venue itself is truly stunning and walking up the steps and seeing it still gives me butterflies. The food is delicious and so many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We had a Christmas wedding and were so thrilled with how beautifully the venue was decorated before we even added anything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after us and our guests, we truly had the best day ever."
