Join us for an evening celebrating the finest seasonal produce and flavours from Lancashire with a carefully curated six-course tasting menu showcasing local ingredients and regional favourites, each dish crafted to highlight the best of the county.

Canapé

Beetroot Tartlet, Blacksticks Blue & Walnut
A crisp tart shell filled with smoked beetroot purée, topped with whipped Blacksticks Blue mousse and candied walnut.

First Course

Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimp on Toasted Sourdough
Brown shrimp gently poached in brown butter with mace and lemon, served warm on grilled sourdough with pickled samphire.

Second Course

Roasted Delica Pumpkin, Sage, Hazelnut & Tunworth Velouté
Charred Delica pumpkin with crispy sage, toasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seed oil and a light velouté enriched with local soft cheese.

Third Course

Rainbow Trout, Celeriac, Apple & Dill Oil
Pan-roasted rainbow trout served with celeriac fondant, compressed autumn apple, dill oil and trout roe.
