Little recap from the first edition of The Drawing Room at burrow, with photos courtesy of 🌼Joz Hoz🌼 📸
It was incredible to watch everyone settle into their own creative process. People were drawing, writing, reading, working on projects of all kinds, and some simply came to close their eyes, listen, and zone out.
For three hours, I shared a selection of some of my favourite quiet-time records on vinyl, weaving in live remixes and reworking tracks as the night unfolded. It was the first time I’ve had the chance to play music this delicate in a public setting, and being able to guide the room in a way that helped people slow down, disconnect from the noise, and simply be was exactly what I’d hoped for.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported this first edition. It meant a lot to see the room so engaged, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Big love as well to my friends The Mole and Anja Simona for opening up their beautiful space at burrow and helping bring this idea to life.
My heart is full.
A recording of the set will be available soon.
Much love and peace. 🤍
