The secret’s out… welcome to the NEW Wild Smile Studio! 🤍✨

This space is our new home base, our rental hub, and a place we’re building for our community and our industry to gather, connect, celebrate, and create. 🤍

Getting here took a village. To our team, and especially Lauren and Natalie: thank you for the long days, heavy lifting, and endless trips. I truly couldn’t have done this without you. 🙏🏻 To our incredible partners, thank you for cheering us on every step of the way whether in on the secret or not.

And a huge thank you to Jake Swanson PREC* for helping make it official, and for the extra push and vote of confidence when we needed it most. 🗝️

Full honesty, our sign didn’t make it in time, and we still have about a million trips of inventory to move 😅 But we are SO excited for this next adventure and can’t wait to watch this space come to life.

Give us a wave as you pass by in Fruitvale 👋 We’ll be officially inviting everyone in come January 2027!

We’ve got another introduction today✨
Friends, meet Lauren, our newest Lead Producer 🤍

Some people just fit. From the moment I met Lauren, I knew she was going to be something special for this team . . . And I was absolutely correct!

Lauren brings a rare mix: a background in hospitality that means she’s not only good at logistics but also keen on guest experience, an artist’s eye for design and flow, and a get-it-done attitude that keeps everything moving. It didn’t take long for Lauren to carve out her place on the team, and she’s been passionately making the experience for our clients better ever since.

Over the last two years, we’ve watched her hustle as a Production Assistant, quietly step into more and more lead moments, including running event days start to finish and growing into this new chapter and role.

In 2027, Lauren will officially be taking on her own management clients, and we are so excited for the clients who get to work with her!

🥁 Let me introduce you to Natalie, our Director of Event Rentals + Decor!

During the last 5 years with Wild Smile, Natalie has become an integral part of our operations and overall heart of our team.
In the whirlwind of an event day, Natalie is the calm. 🧘‍♀️ She’s level headed, strong with boundaries and brings a design eye and creativity that makes everything she touches better. Honestly? She’s the whole darn package!

Over the years she’s supported our clients as a production assistant, then as a Lead Producer and now she’s stepping up to a new challenge - running our warehouse operations and spearheading “all the pretty things” 😉. This is a big moment for her and for all of us, and we couldn’t image anyone better to lead us into this new adventure! 🤍

👋👋 It’s been a minute! We’ve been heads down living in a whole lot of magic this season and honestly can’t believe this weekend we wrap up our final wedding of 2026. There has been so much goodness over the last couple months, and we ain’t slowing down - can’t wait to let you in on the tea soon 🫖 but for now, here’s a TINY collection of bts moments . . . We’re headed into full season prep mode over here and Sunday kicks it all off with our first staff training day of 2026! New faces, familiar ones and a whole lot of excitement about what we are about to build together. Im in for it all - our themed weekends, lessons, wins . . . The behind-the-scene shots that show this job ain’t glamorous but we’re going to make it fun anyways 😄

This team is the reason Wild Smile Events is what is. Full Stop.
