A destination wedding package can be a helpful starting point, but it is not always the complete destination wedding budget.

Most resort wedding packages cover core ceremony elements, such as a ceremony location and basic setup, a symbolic officiant, simple florals or décor, a cake or sparkling-wine toast, and support from an on-site coordinator.

Depending on the resort and package level, elements such as a private reception, upgraded florals and décor, photography and videography, entertainment, custom design, guest transportation, welcome events, and extended food and beverage service may be optional additions.
