💚First aid update💚

First Aid will be staffed with a combination of professional paramedics and trained volunteers. The red cross on the map located next to the Jack Millikin Centre is where you can go at any point of the festival to access our first aid services. In the event of a medical crisis please call 9-1-1 ASAP and please notify an Electric Sky volunteer as soon as possible. Stay safe, buddy up and check on your friends. We love you all and can't wait to see you in the sky. 💫

The Gaff is back!!

⚡ARTIST SPOTLIGHT⚡

The Gaff is a lifelong DJ with tight skills & cuts, a lengthy list of accomplishments, tonnes of dope records, heart & class. One foot in the future, and one foot in the past. The Gaff’s purpose is to elevate Hip Hop, Dance Club, and Electronic sounds to a level that can be easily combined with funk, soul, & Jazz.

The result is amazing live performances & instrumental productions, giving a story of music that ebbs and flows. The Gaff has rocked parties and clubs worldwide: either by all vinyl 45 sets, or destroying it with tight scratching, live drumming on the sampler, and turntable kung fu. A teacher of the essentials, peers and fans alike are often caught overlooking The Gaff’s shoulder to see just what it is he’s up to.

MICHELLE C

Origin: SK, Canada

Born in North York, Toronto, Michelle’s connection to music started early, but it took shape when she discovered underground dance music. Drawn to the culture and the craft of mixing, she began collecting house records, teaching herself to mix on a pair of mismatched turntables in 2004. Just a year later, she became a driving force in the music community, being one of the first women to pave the way for female talent locally.
Today, Michelle C stands at the forefront of Canada's electronic music scene, holding multiple residencies, earning recognition through international labels spanning Russia, London, and Amsterdam. Whether producing original tracks or crafting mixes, her goal remains the same: to channel raw emotion into rhythm and sound, creating an energetic force that connects with the mind, body, and soul. Her innovative sound has gained support from global heavyweights like Roger Sanchez, Robert Feelgood, Framewerk, and David Herrero, while sharing label space with the likes of DJ Dan, Sonny Fodera, Axwell, Groovebox, Erick Morillo, Stefano Noferini, and Huxley, with previous features on Tulum Radio in Mexico and Tunnel FM in London, UK.

Michelle C has a diverse and undisputed talent for melding between every type and style of music, showing unparalleled versatility. Although categorized as a House DJ, (deep; jazzy; funky; tribal; progressive; techno) she has been known to shake dance floors with anything from big room trance to driving drum & bass. Michelle's unique ear for sound, along with diverse track selection, and energetic build, has elevated Michelle as a DJ, transforming tranquil dance floors.

Michelle C has performed alongside artists such as Morgan Page, Mark Knight, REZZ, Infected Mushroom, DJ Heather JFB and Swollen Members.

With an undeniable presence and an ever-evolving sound, Michelle C continues to push boundaries, using music as a powerful medium. Her music is more than just a collection of beats—it’s a sonic journey that moves people.

PHRVA

Phrva is a rising DJ and producer carving out his lane in the bass music scene. Known for his flips spanning many artists from Billie Eilish to Chase & Status, he has quickly gained support from artists like Subtronics, Four Tet, Zeds Dead, and Peekaboo.

His 2024 debut EP, Crave, highlighted his deep, experimental sound with hypnotic atmosphere and subterranean basslines. Standing tall on the shoulders of his brand and music, Phrva also debuted his live show experience supporting Tape B on various dates across North America in 2024. Taking things a step further in 2025 with his festival debut at Lightning in a Bottle, he's also set to make his Shambhala debut this Summer in tandem with the release of the first single offering from his forthcoming Sophomore EP.

For Phrva, his music is all about following a feeling and not overthinking
the vibe, and with each track, this mission statement is further solidified.

WRAZ

Wraz is a Canadian producer & DJ from Sherbrooke, Quebec. His sound goes into the deep & dark side of Dubstep, Grime, Drum & Bass and Halftime, with fat analog synths, mythical melodies and unstoppable flow on the drums. With releases on Deep Dark & Dangerous, Artikal Music, 4NCY/Darkmode, Duploc, and other labels across the globe, he always makes quality material for your ears, in harmony with the sound system. Get ready for some heat!

Wraz has been making a lot of waves all over North-America recently, with shows in Los Angeles, Denver, Minneapolis, Miami, New York, Santa Cruz, Montreal, Chicago, Halifax, Toronto, and a lot more shows planned all over the US and Canada in the future. His collaborations with many UK rappers and MCs (PAV4N, Strategy, Magugu, Illaman) shows the link between his style and the UK dubstep/140 scene, making a perfect blend between him and all these amazing artists. His recent self-release DELIRIUM EP really shows the depth of his production's quality, showing the darker side of his sound. He's also got two more label releases incoming in the Fall with Deep Dark & Dangerous (US) and Artikal Music (UK).

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT
SUBSTANCE

Substance is a dubstep producer based in Sherbrooke, QC, Canada. His journey began in 2011 after discovering PK Sound and the vibrant West Coast Canadian rave scene. By 2012, he started promoting events with friends under the DirtyCake brand, bringing major dubstep acts like Truth, Goth Trad, and Hatcha to his hometown. These efforts helped build a dedicated bass music community and provided platforms for rising artists like Wraz.

After a decade of promoting shows and working at festivals across Canada, Substance shifted focus to his own productions. He quickly gained recognition, earning releases on renowned labels such as Sentry Records, Deep Dark & Dangerous, Wheel & Deal, and Nomine Sound. Expanding his repertoire, Substance has also dropped tracks on Boogie T’s Drama Club Recording and has forthcoming releases on J:Kenzo’s Artikal Records. Collaborations with artists like Antennae and Abstrakt Sonance further showcase his range and ability to cross genres within bass music.

In addition to producing, Substance co-hosts Gunfingaz Thursday with Wraz, a popular Twitch stream that has become a go-to platform for highlighting emerging DJs and producers in the North American dubstep scene.
His live performances have graced some of the continent’s top festivals, including
Shambhala Music Festival, Bass Coast, Infrasound, and Lightning in a Bottle. These appearances, combined with consistent releases and community involvement, cement his reputation as a dynamic force in bass music.
With an exciting 2026 on the horizon, Substance continues to push boundaries, blending styles and elevating the global dubstep scene.

Honeycomb, also known by his real name Gable Johnson III, is a multi-talented artist, boasting proficiency as a musician, beatboxer and influencer. His ascent to prominence within the digital realm was catalyzed by his remarkable beatboxing prowess, which captivated audiences across various social media platforms.

With an impressive two decades of experience under his belt, Honeycomb has honed his craft to a level of virtuosity that has garnered widespread recognition. In recent years, Honeycomb’s musical journey has been punctuated by invaluable endorsements and collaborations with some of the industry’s most illustrious figures. Esteemed artists such as T-Pain, Wayne Brady, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mersiv & Moon H***h, among others, have lent their support to his endeavors, a testament to his undeniable talent and influence within the music scene.
