Still dreaming about J & A’s wedding this past weekend 🤍
While we also specialize in décor and offer décor packages, one of my favourite parts of coordinating weddings is getting to step back from the design side and watch other vendors bring their own creativity and expertise to life.
I’ll admit, when you work in the events industry, it can be easy to find yourself working within the same circles and recommending the same familiar faces. But for J & A’s wedding, I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside a different group of incredibly talented vendors — and wow, did everything come together so seamlessly.
There was something so special about being in a room full of people with our heads down, each of us focused on our own craft, but all working toward the exact same goal: giving J & A the beautiful day they envisioned.
At the end of the night, J & A told me how grateful they were that everything turned out exactly according to plan, and while coordinating all those moving pieces is a huge part of what I do, having such an amazing team of vendors around me made my job that much easier.
From the incredibly organized team at Remai Modern — with a special shoutout to Wayne and Liam — to Samantha from H I G H B U S H F L O R A L for the beautiful florals and tablescape (literally a Pinterest mood board!!!) delaney | TRAVEL lifestyle & wedding photographer and Love, Laura Videos for capturing the day so beautifully, Night Owl Audio for keeping the celebration going and of course let’s not forget the true mastermind of it all - our lovely couple J & A who got busy with all the personal touches! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work alongside.
Different vendors, different crafts, one beautiful vision — and somehow, it all came together perfectly. 🤍
