Featuring vibrant New Brunswick sea buckthorn and sparkling wine, the Miramosa brings bright citrus, tart berry-like acidity, and a refreshing coastal character to the glass.

A Maritime twist on a Canadian classic, created for the Gather East Culinary, Music & Mixology Festival.

Our Summer Savory Caesar features a house-made rim of paprika, onion, garlic, celery salt, sea salt & dried summer savoury, finished with a homemade horseradish pickle and a sous-vide corn rib brushed with butter and summer savory.

Bold, savoury, spicy, local and made to showcase the flavours of the East Coast. 🌿

gathereastexperiences “Mix It Up Events & Mixology is bringing the flavours of the East Coast to the Gather East Culinary and Music Festival!

Meet the Sea Buckthorn Sour - an original signature cocktail created by mixologist Aaron Malley using ingredients from across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

The cocktail features sea buckthorn berries from Big Sky Ventures in Chipman, New Brunswick, Blue Roof Gin from New Brunswick and Boates Apple Cider Vinegar from Woodville in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley.
Sea buckthorn has a bright, citrus-like flavour with notes of passion fruit, apricot and tart orange, making it the perfect ingredient for a refreshing cocktail inspired by our region.

Throughout the festival weekend, Aaron will showcase four original cocktails featuring local ingredients. He will also lead hands-on cocktail classes as part of the Gather East festival experiences, including a class featuring the Sea Buckthorn Sour. Full class details will be announced in the coming weeks.
