This Black History Month, I'm going to spend some time bigging up all the Black people I know personally who inspire me. We live in a day and age where comedians are getting TV specials and are making millions of dollars to disparage some of the most downtrodden people in our society, yet are hailed as geniuses and brave. This is why I wanted to give a huge shout-out to our featured recording artist, Violet Gray. She's an unapologetic Black transgender comic from Baltimore. Her mere existence is the very definition of bravery to me. She's also super hilarious, and I'm honored to have her on our album recording.

Amidst the turmoil, Quebec severs its bonds, a rogue state breaking from Canada's embrace. Anarchy's grip tightens, and the streets seethe with civil strife.
