A day filled with fresh florals, sunshine, and beautiful views.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, P & N celebrated their love with laughter, lawn games, cold drinks, and plenty of snacks to go around.

There was no rush, no stress, just a relaxed atmosphere where guests could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

So your venue has a an event coordinator...

Great! Working alongside someone who knows the ins and outs of the venue is a huge bonus.

But here's the thing: the venue coordinator's primary responsibility is to the venue.

Our responsibility is to you.

A venue coordinator ensures the venue operates smoothly. We ensure your vision comes to life.

We work collaboratively with venue coordinators all the time, and many are fantastic. However, there are times when decisions are made based on venue operation, staffing limitations, room turnovers, or timelines that best serve the venue-not necessarily your vision.

That's where we come in.

We advocate for you, your priorities, and your experience. We ask the tough questions, have the uncomfortable conversations when necessary, and make sure the plans you've spent months creating don't get lost in the logistics.

At the end of the day, we're not working for the venue.

We're working for you.
