This month, weโ€™re featuring JAMS (403 DnB / DnB Girls) A true Canadian Drum & Bass veteran whose influence has helped shape scenes in both Edmonton and Calgary.

JAMS was one of the driving forces behind Edmontonโ€™s Drum & Bass resurgence in the late 2000s, helping grow and strengthen the local scene while paving the way for many of the women who followed behind the decks. After spending time in Montreal, she made Calgary home, where sheโ€™s continued to support and grow the community as a key member of the legendary 403 DnB crew.

Beyond performing, JAMS has dedicated years to growing the culture. As co-owner of the globally recognized DnB Girls Collective, sheโ€™s championed female artists worldwide while curating more than 100 guest mixes through the DnB Girls Podcast.

Her signature sound blends Jungle, Drum & Bass, Hip-Hop, and bass music into unforgettable sets that have taken her to stages including Shambhala, Wicked Woods, Motion Notion, Evolve, MEME Festival, and Envision Costa Rica.

From helping grow one scene to strengthening another, JAMS continues to be one of Canadaโ€™s most influential ambassadors for Drum & Bass.
