We all know the cost of living is sky high at the moment, as a small business owner, focussed on catering, I spend hours in the supermarkets, veggie shop, butcher etc. I'd love to start a thread and get your input to help me and others be more mindful in how i grocery shop for home, to help my weekly budget. First question is, do you grocery shop weekly, fortnightly or other? How many people in your household? Do you meal plan, have a shopping list or just go? I'd love to hear your method and tips!
