Turning three never looked so sweet 🎂🎈

On Sunday 19 October, the William Lakes community came together to celebrate the development’s 3rd birthday and what a beautiful day it was!

Families enjoyed sunshine, smiles, complimentary coffee, branded cupcakes, and cannoli from local suppliers 🍩☕️

Keito was proud to deliver a smooth celebration behind the scenes managing all supplier logistics, overseeing event styling, and capturing candid, family-friendly moments from the day 📸

From branded balloons and polished signage to a logo-inspired cupcake display, every detail was designed to reflect the welcoming spirit of the William Lakes community.

Two brands, one seamless experience at DAL Expo 2025 💬✨

From Wednesday 16 to Friday 18 October, Keito was onsite at the Jubilee Pavilion, Adelaide Showground, supporting and as they showcased their incredible services at this year’s DAL Expo - Adelaide’s go-to event for the disability, ageing and lifestyle sectors.

With bump in on Wednesday and two full days of expo action, our team handled logistics, staffing, run sheets, and supplier coordination to ensure both booths ran smoothly from start to finish.

We also brought their visions to life with cohesive, branded booth designs featuring full-height graphics, open layouts, styled furniture and vibrant floor decals that welcomed attendees and stood out from the crowd.

Such a pleasure to be part of this impactful and inclusive event 🤝

The Good Home opened its doors 💫

Following the Trades and Suppliers Thank You Event on Friday, 12 September, Villawood welcomed the community back to Oakden Rise for the Good Home First Open Day Activations 2025 on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September.

Across the weekend, potential buyers, partners, and locals explored the new space while enjoying coffee from the onsite cart, themed doughnuts and sweet treats, face painting for children, and a styled setup that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Keito Events supported Villawood with supplier coordination, site logistics, signage, styling, and onsite delivery — bringing the Good Home’s vision to life in every detail.

A night of sparkle, celebration and impact ✨

On Saturday, 6 September, the Adelaide Convention Centre was transformed into a glittering stage for The Hospital Research Foundation Groups’ Diamond Gala 2025 — celebrating 60 years of life-changing impact with 650 guests including sponsors, ambassadors, partners, stakeholders and members of the medical community.

Keito Events was proud to add the sparkle, overseeing creative theming and styling — from elegant florals and immersive activations to custom chocolate boxes — while managing AV and production on the night.

The evening dazzled with soulful live music, powerful dance, an interactive art showcase and a spirited auction, raising nearly $700,000 for cancer research in South Australia.

Together, these creative elements delivered a memorable celebration of six decades of life-changing work, while inspiring guests to look toward the breakthroughs still to come! 💎

A night of celebration, connection and purpose. ✨

On Saturday, 30 August, the William Magarey Room at Adelaide Oval came alive for the SA Mid Winter Ball 2025, proudly presented by Commercial & General. 541 guests across 53 tables gathered for an elegant black-tie evening in support of Backpacks 4 SA Kids and Lion Hearts Learning.

From an Alps-inspired ski resort theme to a three-course dining experience, raffle draws, a live auction with Bronte Manuel of Toop & Toop, and entertainment that carried the energy well into the night — it was truly unforgettable.

We’re so proud to have partnered with the organising committee to bring every detail to life and help raise vital funds for two incredible South Australian charities. Already excited for next year’s ball! 🖤

A night of celebration ✨✨

On Friday 15 August, we welcomed over 1,500 guests to the Adelaide Convention Centre for the Master Builders SA 2025 Building Excellence Awards. With 45 categories and 200+ nominees, guests celebrated the innovation, skill, and craftsmanship shaping South Australia’s building industry.

The night had it all, from the black-tie theme to four opening speeches, a three-course feast, premium drinks, live entertainment and 45 award presentations. This event was alive with joy, connection and unforgettable moments. 🥂

Keito was proud to partner with Master Builders SA for the fifth year running, delivering theming, AV, logistics and stage management for a seamless celebration of excellence.

Keito Events was proud to support the Murray-Darling Basin Authority’s River Reflections Conference, held 29–30 July at the Bridges Event Centre in Murray Bridge. Over 300 delegates came together to explore water management, sustainability, and regional development.

Across three days, our team delivered venue setup, hybrid streaming, registration, and program support, while delegates enjoyed insightful panels, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, a conference dinner, and regional site visits.

On Saturday, 24 May 2025, St Andrews came alive with colour, connection and community as the brand new Display Village officially opened its doors ✨

Together with Villawood, we set the scene for a buzzing street party filled with delicious food trucks, live music, kids’ activities and community stalls.

The streetscape was brought to life with grand signage, themed bunting, giant balloons and styled furniture — every detail designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

From the first idea to the final pack down, our team carefully managed each element to ensure the day unfolded seamlessly.

We can’t wait to bring more moments like this to St Andrews! 🧡

On Saturday 10 May, the Myer Centre Adelaide blossomed into a little haven of gratitude 🌸

To celebrate Mother’s Day, the ground floor came alive with a vibrant floral cart where shoppers received complimentary floral posies, lovingly created by , as a token of appreciation tied to their spend. The cart quickly became a favourite, with so many taking home blooms for someone they love.

From the first idea to the final petal, our team worked behind the scenes to coordinate suppliers, styling, logistics and setup, making sure every detail came together seamlessly.

A simple, thoughtful touch to say thank you to the women who mean the most 🌷

Still buzzing from the Juvare Users Conference 2025 ✨

Three days, one incredible community, and endless opportunities to connect, learn and collaborate.

From welcome drinks overlooking Adelaide, to two full days of presentations and workshops, and a dedicated networking dinner, delegates from across Australia, Asia-Pacific, Japan and the United States came together to share knowledge and ideas.

Working closely with Juvare APAC, we managed every detail behind the scenes — from project planning, venue and AV, to registration, suppliers and onsite delivery. The result was a seamless experience filled with moments of connection, inspiration and possibility.

A heartfelt thank you to Juvare APAC for trusting us, and to the amazing suppliers who helped bring this conference to life.

A Night of Elegance, Entertainment and Impact 🥂

On Saturday 3rd May 2025, the Adelaide Convention Centre came alive for the Bedford Gala 2025 with the theme “80 Years of Opportunities”, an elegant celebration honouring a remarkable milestone. The evening combined fine dining, engaging entertainment, and important fundraising activities, including a major highlight of the night — a fundraising auction featuring both live and silent components — all within a beautifully themed setting.

Keito partnered with Bedford Group to bring together key areas of the event including theming, logistics, entertainment and onsite management.

We are proud to have played a small role in delivering a successful event that honoured tradition while supporting vital community initiatives through a night of celebration and generosity.
