🎥 A story worth 15 minutes of your time.
We’d love to share The Cop from Wagga — a short film on ABC iview about Terry O’Connell, our mentor, guide, and someone we deeply admire.
Terry dedicated his policing career to doing things differently — placing relationships, humanity and repair at the centre of justice. His work challenged traditional systems and showed that accountability, connection and dignity can coexist. That legacy continues to shape our work every day.
His contribution was recognised with an Order of Australia, but for us, his greatest impact is the way he has shared his wisdom so generously — helping countless people, organisations and communities think differently about harm, responsibility and repair.
This 15-minute film captures the heart of who Terry is and why his work matters so much.
We hope you feel as inspired watching this as we do — and that Terry’s story encourages more relationship-centred, human ways of working across our systems.
With gratitude 🤍
