As we kick off the new year, we want to start fresh by answering our most frequently asked questions and going over some simple housekeeping guidelines. These help us avoid damage and cleaning fees, while also ensuring a smooth, stress-free setup and pack-up for everyone π
π¦ Wet Hire Set-Up
If wet hire is added to your booking, all equipment is supplied β hoses, sprinklers and attachments.
To make setup quick and easy, please have a spot in mind before we arrive, preferably close to both power and water access.
π Safety First β Always
Safety is our number one priority.
We use high-quality pegs, D-shackles and additional tie-down points where required, especially for taller castles and slides.
We also closely monitor weather conditions to ensure itβs safe for use.
For your peace of mind, we supply an anemometer and provide all relevant information so everyone is educated on safe operating practices.
π§Ό Avoid Cleaning Fees
To help avoid cleaning fees, we kindly ask that:
β’ All water is emptied from waterslides/castles
β’ Any excessive mud, dirt or debris is removed before collection
π« Top 4 Rules (Most Important!)
1οΈβ£ No food on the castle
2οΈβ£ No drinks on the castle
3οΈβ£ No shoes on the castle
4οΈβ£ No pets on the castle

β’ Overnight hire (additional fee applies)
β’ Wet hire options available on selected castles
β° Delivery & Collection Times
β’ Drop-off: Between 7:00am β 10:00am
β’ Pick-up: Between 4:00pm β 6:00pm
Exact times will be confirmed 24β48 hours prior to your hire date, once all weekend bookings are finalised and our schedule is set.
