Are you an *admin superstar with a passion for events, weddings, and all things parties? We’d love to have you on our team!

We’re a growing Party Hire & Wedding Styling business looking for a friendly, motivated, and organised individual to join us in a casual admin role.

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 2pm
📅 Plus occasional weekend shifts when required
📍 Townsville

*What you’ll be doing.
📞 Handling new customer enquiries & quoting
📅 Managing current bookings and customer communications
🗂️ General admin duties & day-to-day tasks
📦 Stock level monitoring
🧑‍💻 Learning and using our hire booking system
💡 Using basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We're looking for someone who’s:
✔️ Passionate about functions & events
✔️ Eager to learn and grow
✔️ Confident, friendly & detail-oriented
✔️ Ready to be part of a collaborative, fun team
