Staff development day - marinated chicken, roast pork with cracking, simply the best smashed roast potatoes I’ve ever tasted, pumpkin and steamed mixed vegetables served with classic Caesar salad and our very popular bruschetta pasta salad. Lots of compliments on the taste and quality of this buffet, well done to Dan and all his team
