🌷 🍓Meg’s Elegant Bespoke Floral Cake 🍒 🥥
To celebrate her exceptional 40th birthday, Meg requested for this abstract floral centerpiece to complement her stunning gold gown by designer Rachel Gilbert.

Just like the gown’s intricate, hand-placed embellishments, I carefully positioned the fresh blooms, fruits and greenery on the textured, stucco-style coconut buttercream. The trickiest part was to not overdo the decorations whilst keeping it looking balanced. The flavour is coconut cake with raspberry frosting- the perfect combination for the occasion. Happy 40th, Meg!

Celebrating a very special first anniversary to come!

The cake cutting is that sweet, symbolic first task this beautiful couple completes together, officially sealing their new journey.
This green “jewel box” cake, captured perfectly by the talented , was a joy to create.
It was decorated with delicate edible piped florals on a gorgeous green base, and finished with shimmering gold leaf.

• a submarine from his Navy days
• a red striped lighthouse
• a set of white stars
• a golf match with a kangaroo

• The United Shores with the Australian and American flags side by side

⚓️ The World of Bill: A 60th Birthday Voyage 🎂
To celebrate Bill turning 60, his wife commissioned a cake to honor his incredible story: a love for travel, family, and his time in the Navy.

I created “The World of Bill,” a rich Chocolate Mud Cake that guests could explore all of Bill’s favourite things. Bill has set off sail to The United Shores but has to make a few pit stops along the way!

Bill’s is journey starts with:
🌊A submarine surfacing near the lighthouse,
he takes a pit stops to take a selfie,
Takes the scenic route to Cheese and Wine isle, enjoying his favourite glass of vino, Golf with the kangaroo
Then lands at The United Shores, joined by his family and friends.

Every piece captured a unique chapter of his life.

Congratulations to Brooke & Matt on their engagement!

Brooke’s father asked for the cake to be a light blue because it’s the colour of their hockey club, the place where the couple first met. White peonies and gold leaf accents were a perfect match for such a special occasion.

The guests were absolutely delighted in the flavour of the cake- a lemon cake with lemon cream cheese frosting because for celebrations, they usually have chocolate cake!

Bella didn’t want an ordinary cake. She wanted one that felt like her- bold, dark and unforgettable.

For her 18th, I created a gothic themed vanilla bean cake with black vintage piping, white chocolate skulls, and fierce black wings.

Because a milestone this big deserves more than a cake. It deserves a moment that becomes part of her story.
