Nonna doesn’t have Instagram, but it’s her birthday today and that means it’s a day to celebrate. Celebrate her. Celebrate good food. Celebrate family. We have dinner with Nonna every Sunday. She cooks with love, and we leave her house with full bellies and full hearts. We apply this to our jobs, shucking with love, hoping to leave our clients with the same feeling.

We’re Tom and Josie, the duo behind Shucks & Nibs. Our journey began with a shared love of food and a passion for the ocean’s treasures and the joy they bring to gatherings.

We are known for sourcing the freshest oysters and creating memorable experiences, full of fun & laughter at our events.

Our mission is simple: to share our love for oysters with you, turning every occasion into a celebration of flavor and fun. Whether it’s an intimate backyard get-together or a grand festivity, we’re here to make it special, and you can be sure we will go above and beyond to ensure you and your guests are talking about “the oyster bar” for years to come.
