Salad boxes are great for these balmy hot evenings. This large one was for 12/14 people as part of their main meal and was served with fresh crusty bread or wraps.
It is a Lamb, cous cous, and pomegranate salad with grilled asparagus, cucumber and toasted almonds and pepitas. Served with a tahini, garlic, lemon and greek yoghurt dressing.
