Utilising dance and culture to build bridges and quite literally bring people together, our participation in events have opened up the opportunity to partner up with some pretty amazing organisations.

We have a special knack for a corporate approach to cultural entertainment. It's fun, but it's 100% 'on-point':
Not too detached, not in-your-face; just a perfect balance of professionalism, pleasant engagement, interaction and an overall polished and refined presence.
..and if you want an 'all-in' Zorba dance mosh-pit with your guests after our performance is over, we'll throw that in there too!

We love what we do, and everyone we interact with can't help but be drawn in by the energy, enthusiasm and passion of our crew.

It has lead us to incorporate Greek dance and culture, as well as provide Voice Over and formal Master of Ceremonies services for a variety of events, including local councils, state and federal government, AFL, NRL, A-League (Melbourne Victory), HACCI, Fronditha Care, Oinofilia Wines of the World, food expos, exhibitions, philanthropic organisations, renowned charities, red carpet promos, and so many more!

We have a very tight and exclusive cohort of industry leaders, who have been carefully selected as the result of years' worth of interactions. Their equipment, cooperation, professionalism and characters speak volumes.

A BIT ABOUT OUR CORE MUSICIANS:
Having done extensive research in both Greece and its neighbouring countries, Dimosthenis Manasis along with other fellow musicians, have mastered the styles and techniques which characterise their rare and usually unseen collection of traditional Greek folk instruments.

Their research includes travelling to remote and isolated villages and taking lessons from some of Greece’s most influential folk instrumentalists, as well as local musicians.
..it is due to this reason,
that the essence of their music
captivates the soul, and takes their audience on a journey back to
villages and times long forgotten...

Their repertoire consists of traditional folk music from Pontos, Thrace, Macedonia, Epirus, Central Greece, Thessaly, Peloponnese, Crete, the Islands and Asia Minor, with a certain passion for recreating “village-style atmosphere” in a modern setting.

Most of our musicians began their musical careers by playing at family functions and gatherings, and progressed to playing at weddings, festivals, corporate events, and more recently, in conjunction with some of Australia’s leading folk musicians.

The rare and prized collection of over
200 instruments, include the clarinet, zourna, flogera, violin, lyra, daouli, toumbeleki, defi, as well as the famous Macedonian and Thracian “goat-head” bagpipe, the “Gaida”.

It is indeed staggering, how underestimated the significance of this role is by clients. The MC is ultimately and 'solely' responsible for adherence to the prearranged schedule, and the one who set the vibe for the entire duration of the event.

Furthermore, they provide insight to both the host / couple / client and the guests, as well as formal introductions and step-by-step guidance for all contractors and service providers for the entire duration of the event.

Utilising dance and culture to build bridges and quite literally bring people together, our participation in events has given us the opportunity to meet some pretty incredible people along our journey!

Some of these individuals are world-recognised, and others only known in the circles which their talents and disciplines excel. For us, it's humbling to have met them all, and it's a privilege to know that they made the time to share ideas, skill-sets and philosophies with us.

With each interaction, we have walked away having learnt something new, or having been inspired to further pursue our lifelong ambitions.

Throwing a party for family and friends used to be such a simple process:

Half of the oldies would be sharing recipes and expertise around the BBQ, and the other half would be inside cutting up salads; children would be running amok playing hide and seek, cops and robbers, or climbing (and falling out of) trees; and the good old 6-stack CD player would be pre-loaded with everyone's favourite tunes...and don't forget those epic birthday cakes... from the local supermarket!

Nowadays, although the outcome and overall 'vibe' is still reminiscent, everyone seems to be jugging 'life' itself, and the many other commitments that we all have. Barely any time for a clean up, let alone a setup... and what about the pack down?

Ultimately, whether it's a Christening, birthday party, engagement, or just a general 'gath', the ultimate goal for a host is to always capitalise on, and maximise the opportunity to spend quality time with friends and family.

So to make things easier, we've streamlined the process for everyone!

For entertainment, we're able to supply boutique-style DJ's and cocktail bands which occupy almost no space at all, as well as some basic lighting and PA / AV gear.

Through our preferred suppliers and contractors, we're also able to attend to the entire catering requirement with either on-site or off-site cooking. Full banquets, grazing tables, share platters, formal dining, finger food, dietary requirements... it's all now a very simple and straightforward process! It all just depends on what atmosphere you're after!

In addition, we work with some of the best prop suppliers in the state, so if the space needs to be 'dressed' with a certain theme, we'll bring them onboard too!

All we really need is a date, a time and a place!

As you can tell from some of these most memorable moments, we end up having as much fun as you do!
