This month's special guest on Negative Pace’s Subtle Radio show is Ergo.

Ergo is an up and coming producer and DJ based in Boston spinning jungle, drum n bass, and dubstep. He found UK electronic music as a teen in Arkansas raised on the internet and has been in love with the British sounds of the 90s and 2000s ever since. He is also a software engineer, Sunday league footballer, and man of many hobbies.

Catch his set this Saturday 17th October on www.subtleradio.com at 2am (GMT)

This month’s show guest on Negative Pace’s Subtle Radio show was JoBird and this one was an absolute pleasure to put together.

JoBird has been a serious contender throughout the Northwest for 4 years. She's a force to be reckoned with & also part of spun.mcr - a Jungle collective who made their stamp back in March '25 strongly pushing for accessibility awareness within the scene.

While Jo navigates the daily impact of her disability, her fierce determination & drive are never held back on her good days. Armed with a discographic memory blending old sounds with new. Showing passion using music as a form of therapy/escapism. Jo's impact on the scene reflects the importance of diversity/inclusivity in the underground industry.

She describes this mix as a dynamic blend of all things breaks, with elements of hardcore/darkside infused deeply into her love of Jungle. Expect heavy, dark style, with haunting melodic & soulful female harmonies slicing through with horror & ragga sample stabs.

As ever, the whole show is archived both on subtleradio.com and our Soundcloud, with links to both through our website at www.negativepace.com
