This month's guest was Saji Tari and the full show is available to listen back to in our Soundcloud archive now!

Saji Tari is a London-born, Paris-based DJ, producer, and promoter of Colombian origin. Active for over a decade in the French jungle/drum & bass scene, she helped shape its local presence through the Forever DNB and Tides nights.

Also active in the free-party and sound-system scene, she co-founded Sillage Collective in 2025, a project dedicated to musical creation and collective artistic practices. Her sound, inspired by the hardcore continuum, blends melody, darkness, and multiculturalism and results in a unique sonic signature, halfway between the ferocity of UK hardcore and a progressive, hypnotic minimalism inspired by post-autonomic sounds.

Notorious bass fiend and lover of all dark, high energy beats, MELTA's sets dance the line between euphorically feminine and pure underground grit.

Heavily influenced by the UKs distinct dark & deep production, high energy breakbeats and grime paired with fast-paced mixing shaping her distinct style. She has taken the stage at festivals including Dragon Dreaming, Rainbow Spirit, Esoteric, Sub Terra, Tanglewood and Boomtown Fair [UK] and facilitates a wide range of bass music events in the Naarm community.

Special guest this month was Jayne Sound in a b2b with BTKA.

I've known Jayne Sound (aka MJ) since the heady days of pre-COVID Drum n Bass Mondays down at Radio Bar (almost seven years ago now!) and her bouncy energy is notoriously hard to match.

Being big fans of a b2b at NP HQ, this one was a lot of fun to record one rainy Friday night in Melbourne. It's a raw no-practice, "bring a usb and see what happens" mix with a few challenges here and there that we're both happy give it an authentic live, unpracticed vibe. We hope you enjoy it (if you didn't catch it live!
