We’re thrilled the Tramshed's Function Centre is hosting the Aglow Australia Presence Conference 2025 this week, a venue that truly understands how to elevate every moment. From the warm welcome to the final bite, the experience here is nothing short of exceptional.

Chef Lee from Matson Catering and his incredible team are crafting a menu that’s all about delighting the senses. Today, we had the pleasure of sampling some of their creations and wow. From handcrafted custom cookies to homemade scones Joanna's Jams and Tassie cream, every item was made with care, creativity, and a deep understanding of what makes guests feel special.

It’s not just catering, it’s hospitality at its finest. The attention to detail, the flavours, the presentation….... it all reflects a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Picture this: twinkling stars overhead, the smooth sounds of live jazz floating through the Tamar Valley, gourmet Tasmanian feasting, and glittering drinks in hand.
