Each of our three retreats comes with its own private mineral pool, so your swim is yours alone.

🌳 Woodlands Cabin: tucked into the trees, a quiet dip in dappled light
⛰️ Hilltop Cabin: sun loungers, a mineral pool and views that stretch to the escarpment
🏡 The Lodge: room for the whole crew, with a pool overlooking the valley

Clean, gentle mineral water warmed by the sun. No shared spaces, no neighbours, just you, the birdsong and 36 acres of bush around you.

Swim, sunbake, repeat. 💦

Meet the neighbours 🦘

Out here, the locals don't knock. Kangaroos grazing by the cabin door. An echidna on its slow morning rounds. A wombat trundling home through the grass. Wallabies wandering past while you sip your coffee. And after dark, a curious possum checking who's new in town.

Look up and you might catch yellow-tailed black cockatoos sweeping across the valley, calling as they go.

36 acres on Mt Kanimbla. Three private cabins. Front-row seats to the Australian bush, around 2.5 hours from Sydney.

Your next weekend escape starts here. Book direct via the link in bio for our best rate.

"We loved our stay at this property for our honeymoon. Our last accommodation cancelled on us last minute but it worked in our favour because this stay was beyond incredible. The property covered all the senses - beautiful views to look at, peaceful sounds of wildlife and nature, perfectly scented rooms inside (cannot get enough of that diffuser in the bathroom) and incredible luxurious taste in finishings from the marshmallows left by the fireplace to the soft fluffy towels. This stay is worth every penny and I would stay here a 100 times over. I never wanted it to end." - NATALIE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We're thrilled to share that Mt Kanimbla Retreats has been named a finalist in the 2026 NSW Tourism Awards for self-contained accommodation.

What began as a dream on 36 acres high above the Kanimbla Valley has grown into three luxury cabins where guests come to slow down, soak in a stone bath beneath the stars, and wake to mist rolling through the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains.

To every guest who has stayed with us, shared a kind word, or told a friend about us: this recognition belongs to you too. Thank you for being part of our story.

Winners will be announced on Monday 9 November. Fingers crossed! 🤞

"A sanctuary in its truest sense, Hilltop Cabin is for those who want nothing more than to cosy up and vanish for some time. Valley views extend as far as the eye can see, warmth supersedes flashiness, and pinch-me wildlife moments come standard. If you’re on the hunt for a romantic, design-led hideaway to hole up in for a few days, let this be it." - AUSTRALIAN TRAVELLER
