A first wedding at a brand-new venue calls for thoughtful planning, careful coordination and a team that can bring every detail together. 🤍

We were delighted to coordinate and style the very first wedding at Highfields Gardens in Hartley Valley, working closely with Luke and his partner Giacomo to bring their vision to life.

With a new venue comes plenty of moving parts, and the Penny Lane Studio team took care of the coordination across the entire day - from welcoming guests and managing the ceremony through to cocktail hour and the reception. We also oversaw the logistics across the venue’s different spaces, helping everything flow seamlessly from one part of the celebration to the next.

Through Blueys Event Hire, we created a custom reception space beneath our 10m x 18m freestanding marquee, complete with clear walls, festoon lighting, rustic timber tables and white crossback chairs, all elevated by the beautiful florals from Fayun Floral Studio. 🤍

From venue logistics and supplier coordination to styling and event hire, our team was there to manage the details behind the scenes so the couple could focus on celebrating.

🌸 Thoughtful details, styled to be enjoyed twice.

Ryan & Zoe’s ceremony at the beautiful featured our ornate white vintage mirror, personalised with their own custom wedding decal, adorned with gorgeous florals by grumpy flowers alongside a musk pink velvet armchair.

But the styling didn’t stop at the ceremony. Following the vows, we relocated the floral-adorned mirror and armchair to the reception area, allowing these special details to become part of the next chapter of the celebration.

We love incorporating thoughtful touches that carry through the day, creating continuity between the ceremony and reception while making the most of each styling element.

With beautiful florals by Grumpy Flowers and styling by our Penny Lane Studio team, it was a pleasure to help bring Ryan & Zoe’s wedding vision to life at Collits Inn. 🤍

An absolute joy to be back at the beautiful Collits Inn, Hartley Vale, helping bring Ryan & Zoe’s wedding day to life with event hire and styling by our Blueys Event Hire & Penny Lane Studio teams.

From the ceremony styling and elegant ceiling draping inside the barn to the pop-up marquee extending the reception space, every detail helped create a welcoming setting for their celebration.

🤍 Jess & Jessi | Suzarosa, Berambing ✨

We recently had the absolute pleasure of being part of Jess & Jessi’s wedding at the wonderful Suzarosa Berambing, helping bring together a welcoming space for their special day.

Our 10m x 21m freestanding marquee provided the setting for the celebrations, complemented by warm fairy lights, festoon lighting, parquetry dance flooring and a disco ball ready for the evening festivities. ✨

Beyond the marquee, we supplied a range of hire items to help bring the day together, including cocktail and trestle tables, glassware, ch*****ne flutes, cutlery, catering essentials, a vintage signing table, a timber triangle arbour and a large gold vintage mirror. Outdoor heaters kept guests comfortable, while giant jenga, connect 4 and croquet added a little extra fun to the celebrations.

As the evening arrived, the dance floor was ready for guests to celebrate under the lights and disco ball. 🤍

✨ Our inventory is expanding… which means we need to make a little room! ✨

We’re currently looking to rehome our extensive collection of vintage mismatched chairs.

With approximately 120 chairs in a variety of unique designs and styles, this collection has been part of many Blueys events over the years and we’d love to see them continue to be used rather than heading to landfill. ♻️

These chairs are a great option if you’re looking for something a little different for your next event, wedding, photoshoot, community project or creative space. The mismatched styles give them plenty of character and a relaxed, eclectic feel.
