🚌🚏 Keeping commuters covered across the Blue Mountains 🌧️

Our team was back on the road in September, helping provide temporary shelters at Mt Victoria, Katoomba and Springwood Stations while track work had trains replaced by buses.

These custom setups were designed to give passengers a more comfortable place to wait and, importantly, some protection from the unpredictable Blue Mountains weather.

It’s another example of the variety of work our team takes on across the Mountains - from public infrastructure projects and community events to weddings, corporate functions and specialised installations.

We enjoy the challenge of finding practical hire solutions for projects that don’t always fit the traditional event brief.

🎈✨ A surprise 32nd birthday at the Hydro Majestic ✨🎈

A little birthday surprise waiting in the room before the birthday guest even arrived. 🥂

We recently delivered this special setup to a guest room at the Hydro Majestic, ready to welcome the birthday celebrations.

The request included large helium-filled 3 & 2 foil balloons, blue helium-filled balloons, plus a mix of silver and blue air-filled balloons arranged across the bed for a fun birthday reveal. 💙✨

We love being a small part of these special surprise celebrations - especially when the balloons are waiting to make that first moment in the room a little more memorable. 🎈

🌿✨ A spring garden wedding at Lawson Park ✨🌿

We recently headed to Lawson Park in Hartley Vale for a beautiful spring wedding, with the garden setting providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxed celebration.

A 6m clear-roof, clear-wall marquee kept the surrounding gardens in view while providing a sheltered space for guests, with warm fairy lights adding a soft glow as the afternoon moved into evening. ✨

The tables were dressed with sage green cheesecloth runners and crisp white linen, paired with our white crossback chairs and a full selection of tableware and glassware.

Outdoor patio heaters were also on hand to keep guests comfortable as the temperature dropped - an important consideration for spring celebrations in the Blue Mountains.

A soft, natural palette that let the beautiful garden surroundings do most of the talking. 🌿

It’s always a pleasure working alongside the Elope Blue Mountains team, and we were delighted to be part of another beautiful celebration they helped bring together.
