Straight from the legends at — fresh off a well-deserved sausage world flex — we’re slinging our BBQ Ol’ Faithful: Beef, Jalapeño & Cheddar Snags, double smoked and ready to make your mouth say mmmmm out loud in public. It’s fine. We’ve all been there.

🐖 PULLED PORK HEAVEN
Smoked low and slow for 12 hours, dressed in our hot vinegar to cut through the richness, then bang — we hit it with Chimichurri magic. It’s fatty, punchy, tangy, and dangerously addictive.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had these bad boys at the markets, but don’t think for a second that we haven’t been sneaking over to the boys at on the regular to get our fix of their legendary Beef, Jalapeño & Cheddar Sausages.

These legends down in Mawson are absolute pros when it comes to top-quality meats. Their handcrafted sausages are next level—think Moroccan Lamb, Satay Chicken, Truffle Parmesan
 yeah, it’s a flavor explosion every time.
