Deby’s career spans over 40 years in many aspects of the entertainment business as performer, choreographer, teacher, judge, director, and producer in stage, cabaret & musical theatre.
Trained in Perth (CSTD Full Teachers Diploma - Theatrical, and RAD) her career took her to venues all over the world – Spain, Japan, Monte Carlo & the USA with further training at Pineapple Studios (UK), The Edge (LA), Steps & Broadway Dance Centre (NYC).
Career highlights were performing as a Radio City ‘Rockette’ in the world-famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular, a US National tour with Chicago, the Musical, Monte Carlo Sporting Club (Monaco) and Jupiters Casino (Gold Coast).
Living in the USA for over 17 years, Deby was resident Rehearsal Director & Choreographer with Royal Caribbean International (Miami, USA), directing & re-staging 22 shows for 11 years.
Collaborating with Marguerite Scott Entertainment (Miami, USA), Deby co-created, choreographed & directed multiple interactive dance events currently showing on Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises & Norwegian Cruise Lines, most recently directing & installing Ocean Music Fest on Norwegian AQUA.
A sought after judge, Deby has had the great pleasure of adjudicating local, national & regional competitions including Bunbury Eisteddfod, Dance Express Challenge, Onstage Performing Arts, Kwinana Dance Festival, Elite Eisteddfod, IGSSA, Wakakirri and ComDance Singapore & Malaysia to name a few.
Deby created KRAVE perth dance agency in September 2016 – connecting Perth talent to the global stage. KRAVE artists perform on Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, MSC, Cirque Musica, Disney Cruise Lines and in locally produced shows & corporate events.
Currently a Sessional Dance Teacher in Musical Theatre at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Dance panel judge for Performing Arts WA & on faculty at The Dance Workshop, Deby proudly mentors and teaches multi-generations of WA dancers.

Ebony began her dance journey in Perth, WA completing a certificate IV in dance at Dynamic Pre pro and then moved over to Sydney for 3 years where she received a scholarship to Ettinghausens Pro to complete her diploma of dance.

Showing her versatility in all styles of dance, Ebony has performed throughout Sydney in various corporate and charitable events, music videos and grand final performances.

She has been teaching since the age of 15 years old in Perth and Sydney and she can’t wait share her knowledge, skills, creativity and passion with you all.

Lauren is a Perth based Pilates instructor. She found her passion for pilates, movement and wellness after stepping away from dancing to pursue study at university. She found the transition from dancing to Pilates very natural to her as some characteristics are very similar between the two forms of movement. She completed her Pilates instructing certification and instantly fell in love with teaching. Lauren is currently studying her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at university and enjoys educating others and helping people become more in tune with their bodies and minds through mindful movement.

Tobias Mulcahy is a 26 year old Australian based movement artist who began his professional training at the Charlesworth Ballet Institute in Perth in 2010. After earning his Certificate 4 in Dance and Dance Pedagogy in 2017, he was accepted to the ‘Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst, Akademie des Tanzes’ in Mannheim, Germany. In 2022 he received his Bachelor of the Arts Dance and has since then been working with artists from all over the globe in both professional companies, freelance works and teaching scenes.

Elena began her dance studies at age three, studying all styles. At fourteen she was the winner of the Joan Stacey RAD Scholarship, the Gay Cruikshank Scholarship, the CSTD State Classical Scholarship the RAD Advanced 1 State Bursary. At fifteen she continued her classical studies under Marie Walton-Mahon in Newcastle, NSW. Later that year she was offered several pre-professional placements around the world. She took a scholarship to Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan under Anna Maria Prina and Frederic Olivieri. At seventeen she completed her studies at the school of the Hamburg Ballett under John Neumeier, where she also danced with the Hamburg Ballett. Her repertoire includes The Sleeping Beauty, La Bayadere, Romeo and Juliet and The Rite of Spring.

Throughout her years at Katharine Mantle Performing Arts Academy & Perth Classical and Contemporary Coaching Elena has coached both full-time and part-time students to an elite level in classical ballet. Her students have enjoyed extensive successes including many YAGP international winners and many placements at the world’s leading professional institutions - The Royal Ballet School, Princess Grace Academy, John Cranko Schule, San Fransisco Ballet School, The European School of Ballet, The Australian Ballet School, among many more. Her alumni are currently dancing professionally around the world.

In 2018 she completed the Royal Ballet School’s teacher training course in Hong Kong to further her expertise in elite classical training, in 2022 she collaborated with Progressing Ballet Technique as an ambassador to promote their training system, and in 2023 she worked with YAGP to promote their International World Ballet Day event with the world’s leading classical institutions.

Elena has held the position of Head of Senior School for seven years, coaching both recreational and vocational students in classical excellence.

Amelia leads our Mini Dance Camp, with a passion for preschooler and junior dancers. Since launching the program in 2023, her fun, engaging approach has made it one of our most popular and well-loved workshops.

A qualified Comdance-trained teacher, Amelia holds a Gold Accreditation with Ready Set Dance and certifications in Sports Coaching, Sports Development, and Sports Management. She has choreographed and taught across Western Australia, inspiring young dancers from the South West to the Pilbara. Drawing on her diverse training and professional background, Amelia creates classes that are imaginative, high-energy, and designed to build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement.

She’s so excited to share her love of dance and performing arts with our tiniest dancers.

Elijah began dancing at the age of 7 in Busselton, Western Australia. He trained in a range of dance styles under both domestic and international teachers, but discovered his true strength and passion in Tap. He has pursued professional development at the Australian Tap Dance Festival and Sydney Tap Festival, refining his technique and exploring new teaching styles. Elijah found his love for teaching at just 13 and is now a Primary School Teacher in the small Pilbara town of Tom Price. He has completed a Certificate III in Dance, a Teaching Certificate in Modern Jazz, a Teaching Certificate and Diploma in Tapping, and a Bachelor of Education (Primary). Elijah continues to teach dance and share his passion with everyone he meets, inspiring and training the next generation of dancers in regional and remote communities.

Ellie combines her Dance & International Industry experience with over 20 years of dedicated training in hip-hop, jazz, tap, lyrical & contemporary dance styles.

Bachelor Degrees in both Arts, Education and Science, Health & Physical Activity from Edith Cowan University complement more than 20 years of teaching all ages and abilities. She is the Studio Owner of Glow Dance Workshops based in Dunsborough, a multi National Award Winning Dance Studio who has been featured on ABC Southwest Radio and multiple Newspapers this year alone.

Her lifetime of real-world experience includes being a part of the Opening Cast of Disneyland’s (California) 60th Year Anniversary Show ‘Paint The Night’, she was a Dancer & Guest Choreographer for the Arena Football Team ‘LA KISS’ (Gene Simmons) and is also part of the Movetube Network as a Principle Instructor.

Ellie danced in LA for a number of years and was represented by the leading talent agency The Movement, and was featured in a variety of Music Videos, Live Stage Shows TV Shows and even was a lead dancer in a Bollywood movie! Ellie made it to the Top 40 Dancers on So You Think You Can Dance & was a lead dancer for the International Hair Show by Makarizo held in Bali.

Ellie’s teaching goal is to bring joy, high energy, lots of lols to her classes and make people fall in love with dance as much as her!

Saolin found his passion in Hip Hop and Commercial genres from an early age. His love for dance has led to him performing in multiple live shows, music videos, a plethora of corporate work and teaching numerous classes across Australia. His recent success includes choreographing for and performing in his third international cruise contract with the “Margaritaville at Sea” cruise line (2025), “Hairspray” the musical (2024) and the AFL Grand Final (2021). Other notable credits include Fame the musical at Crown Theatre as well as choreographing for and performing alongside Lachie Gill, winner of The Voice.

Emily Crockford is a passionate dancer from Perth, Australia, who has trained in all styles of dance from a young age. She completed her Certificate IV in Commercial Dance at APAN Academy and has performed in productions such as Legally Blonde the Musical, The Wizard of Oz, Fame, All Shook Up, and Hairspray. Emily’s professional credits include backup dancing for Ruel on his 4th Wall Tour, Armani, the AFL Grand Final with Baker Boy, and the SSN Grand Final halftime show with NewGround Collective. She recently completed her third cruise ship contract and loves sharing her passion for dance through teaching and inspiring others.
