I established my catering company in 2007. My first client was Slender Wonder where I learnt so much about weight loss and creating meals according to a given weight loss formula. We started off with about 10 products and within months we had increased our meals to over 40 deliciously home cooked meals. The customers loved the meals and at times it was hard to keep up. I served the company for about 7 years and eventually the catering for Slender Wonder came to an end as the company changed hands.
Soon my creative side started to explore the possibility of creating delicious home cooked meals once again! I knew there was a need for it, and decided to explore the possibility. It was a hit.
Our little kitchen created delicious Italian and Moroccan meatballs, Thai Chicken, Chicken Stroganoff, Beef Lasagne, Braided Chicken Pies and much more! I loved the taste and the smells emanating from my kitchen. Soon we became well known.
My darling Ash who had worked for me for over 15 years at the time, was there to meet the challenge with me. Soon we had a following. Once people tasted our home cooked frozen meals, our customer data base increased and so did our sales.
Not only do we cater for company workshops, and small functions, we also have many customers buying product for pensioners and new mothers who have just had a baby. Our product is a gift to the busy person.
I ventured into the Love Story Market and within three months created a product called ‘Hash Rostis’ which people have grown to know and love.
We strive to keep all our food at the highest level of taste and quality; our enthusiasm and creativity for food is used to keep our menu fresh and delicious.
We continue to cook our food with passion and love, and know our customers benefit from this.
