Sugar Rush Marshmallows was launched on May 1, 2016 by wife and wife team Julie and Jean Summers. All marshmallows are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients including local produce, local honey, handmade extracts, and top shelf booze. Sugar Rush Marshmallows was founded on the idea of giving customers a moment to remember their best selves--those summertime s'mores, gooey fingers, and simpler days. The Menu, The Whole Menu, and Nothing But The Menu (so help us Malloween! 🎃👻)
This will be our menu for all events outside of A Petrified Forest and we are so excited to share it with you!
Find it tonight (9/15) at Tasty Takeover, Sundays at Orlando Farmers Market and Mondays at Audubon Park Community Market
We will have some special offerings popping up as the season progresses and are excited to share those with you as they are ready!
We also, of course, have new 2026 Malloween mascot stickers that will be available shortly (probably starting in Oct)
We are psyched about this menu and hope you are, too!!
We have a special edition S'morror Nights S'mores Pudding that is DELICIOUS, our Effy G S'more is a customizable delight, our Pumpkin Spice Frozen S'more is completely made from scratch and is sure to put you in the spooky spirit (even if it is still 100° outside...) and, basically, Happy Malloween S'morror Nights everyone!! See you out there!
(banana pudding will be back in November but if you trust us with that, trust us with the S'mores pudding, it's super yum 🎉)

Here at Sugar Rush, "from scratch" means from scratch! We make the marshmallows (down to the vanilla!) the graham crackers (always using local Florida honey!) we even temper our own chocolate to make our special bars to top off every s'more. We have had a lot of fun over the years working with small makers and local businesses of all types to create the things we need to put our signature touch on every dessert. Who would have thought we'd have a favorite iron-brand or chocolate mold maker?? Or an extraordinary real life artist who has brought our designs to life for over a decade?
We take it seriously so you can focus on the fun! Come out and see us and try the difference being small can make!
Summer is tough but we are gearing up for some very exciting things coming this Fall and Holiday season and we can't wait to share them with you!

What's in a marshmallow? Just the things you see here! Sugar, salt, cream of tartar, water, sugar syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher gelatin! Mix them together, heat them to the right temp, whip them up in a mixer, and leave them to set and within a couple of hours, you can start cutting your scratch made mallows!
Did you know we make our own sugar syrup AND vanilla extract? Candy making is best left to control freaks, we think, and control freaks when it comes to candy making we are!
Our different flavors of marshmallows are accomplished by swapping our the vanilla for other [handmade] extracts like cinnamon or subbing out some of the water for other liquids like cold brew coffee!

LOOK at these MARSHMALLOWS we made! I actually can't believe it. Time to cover them in chocolate for our chocolate covered marshmallow sticks (check the story for some bts!) so that this is what you see in every bite! Come get one of your very own Downtown Orlando on the 4th and definitely keep your eye out for more fun designs in the future because my mind is racing 🎉

You have s'more power, s'more choices, s'more everything at Sugar Rush Marshmallows! Control your destiny (or at least, your dessert) and design the s'more of your dreams! Mix and match any two marshmallow flavors (all made completely from scratch!) either or both of our hand made graham crackers (yes, we make those, too!) and finish it with a bar of our (we temper it!) milk or dark chocolate!
We also have handmade salted caramel if that's more your speed.
Ask us for our favorite combos or use this handy guide to build your perfect s'more.

We will have these available for sale in a couple of weeks and wanted to treat you guys to a special little treat! These chocolate covered marshmallows will also be available in vanilla or chocolate marshmallows these two days and ultimately will be available in dark chocolate as well so stay tuned!

It's June! That means extra, extra rainbow marshmallows! It's always a fun day when I get to pull apart our most colorful marshmallows so I thought it would be fun to show you a little of what that looks like!
We make our rainbow marshmallows all year (they even have their own mascot sticker!) They are made of 6 layers of our classic vanilla all stacked on top of each other with just the right timing--too fast and they'll swirl together, too slow and they will have trouble adhering properly to each other. They are then cured in sheet pans for about 24 hours and then cut and pulled apart, like you see here. Marshmallows are sticky on all sides so our blend of arrowroot powder and powdered sugar is crucial to keep them from, well, being impossible to handle. The color shines through again after a few hours and they'll be ready for s'mores, boxes, or right on a stick. Make sure you get yours this Summer! Love is love and we are here to celebrate all of June (all the time, really! 🌈🎉)

Come out and see us at Feast Street! () A crazy cool food truck event (hot and spicy edition!) taking place at Hourglass Brewing! () We will have a special spicy s'more and there will be different levels of spicy available at all trucks (including not spicy at all--my favorite! 😂)
We will be out there from 4pm-9pm with all your favorites, banana pudding, chocolate "dirt" pudding, s'mores, frozen s'mores (***PERFECT for cooling off that palette after the spice challenge, btw) and so much s'more. We will have a PLANT BASED and a gluten and dairy free frozen s'more available as well. Come check it out! Support your favorite local trucks and come and get s'more love!
