The themes were unforgettable, but the connections were even better.

Last week, the OCMG team attended the 2026 Invitational at the beautiful Fairmont , where industry leaders gathered for four days of education, networking, and creative experiences.

From IRFopoly inspired fun to a lively game night, every event provided an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the power of incentive travel.

A special thank you to Wayne Palbaum .n.p for the invitation. We always appreciate the opportunity to spend time with industry partners and learn from the best in the business.

It was also wonderful catching up with friends including Cindy Meyerer, Patty Metcalf, and Sharon Vaughn.

Events like these remind us that while destinations and themes may change, strong relationships remain at the heart of every successful meeting and incentive program.

For the Owners Meeting at in Asheville, NC, created a multi-day program inspired by the elegance, creativity, and hospitality of the Vanderbilt era.

The ‘Gilded Biltmore’ welcome event immersed guests in the estate’s history with live artisans including woodworkers and fiber artists, croquet, live performances, and modern music reimagined with orchestral flair inside the barn.

Attendees also experienced:

• Farm-to-table dining
• Wine tastings
• Scenic bike rides
• Curated offsite experiences
• A private tour of Biltmore House, known as ‘America’s Palace’
• Luminere at Biltmore Estate, an immersive illuminated evening experience throughout the estate grounds

Attendees were welcomed to Lisbon, Portugal with beverages and a relaxing tile painting experience inspired by Portugal’s iconic azulejos. 🇵🇹

Dating back to the 15th century, these hand-painted ceramic tiles are woven throughout Portuguese culture and architecture, known for their intricate blue-and-white designs and storytelling.
