Today we’re proud to feature Vitoria Longo from Mountain Vista High School in CO — one of our $2,250 KSA Scholarship Winners! ⛳💪

Vitoria’s essay, “Fairways and Friendships,” highlighted how golf has shaped her character both on and off the course — teaching her discipline, resilience, responsibility, and teamwork.

💬 “No matter what setback, I was able to keep going and improve my skills… This taught me that even if I ever struggle with flight training, I will always push through and continue going after my goals.”

From competing in Florida with her teammates to building friendships and learning how to adapt under pressure, Vitoria’s experiences have prepared her not only for college, but also for her future dream of becoming a pilot.

Margaret’s essay beautifully compared her softball journey to completing a puzzle — learning that resilience, teamwork, and patience make the picture whole.

💬 “No one puzzle piece is complete by itself; it’s the pieces that surround it and the connections it makes that complete it and make it whole.”

From the first swing of her bat to countless games, bus rides, and spring break trips, softball has given Margaret the tools to persist through failure, lift others up, and see how every piece matters. Her dream of pursuing a career in radiology reflects the same lesson — that small details connect to reveal a bigger picture.

Today we celebrate Kadence Ackmann from McKinney Christian in Texas — one of our $2,250 KSA Scholarship Winners! 🏐💪

Kadence’s essay highlighted how volleyball has been more than a sport — it’s been a journey of resilience, teamwork, and leadership.

💬 “High school volleyball has been a defining part of my identity… I’ve learned what it truly means to be resilient, how to lead and support others, and how to turn setbacks into comebacks.”

From late-night study sessions after long road trips to capturing a regional championship as underdogs, Kadence showed grit and heart every step of the way. Her experiences on the court and through travel have shaped her into a leader ready for the future — with dreams of helping other athletes through a career in sports medicine or physical therapy.

Today we celebrate Ceasar Abouchahine from Olentangy High School in Ohio — one of our $2,250 KSA Scholarship Winners! 🏀💪

Ceasar’s story is one of resilience, determination, and perseverance.

💬 “This high school experience taught me to never give up and to keep working for what you love — and I can guarantee you’ll get it.”

From overcoming a rare condition and multiple surgeries, to going from scoring just 9 points as a freshman to becoming a varsity starter and conference honoree — all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA — Ceasar has proven that hard work pays off. His dream is to follow in the footsteps of the doctors who helped him, becoming an orthopedic surgeon to give back to others.
