Evening everyone!

Our team would like to thank everyone who came out today! For the first time in a long time we have completely sold out! It had been a while that this has happened on a Thursday.

We continue to add more food every week especially on the days were we think we will see a bigger crowd. Today was a bit of a surprise in which we are grateful for!

He’s not the “let me unpack my emotions over iced tea” type.

But I’ll tell you the truth:

He does it because he loves the craft.
He does it because he wants to provide for our family.
He does it because mastering something brutally hard makes him feel alive.
And he does it because he’s building a life and a legacy for our kids...something neither of us started with.

The brisket isn’t just brisket.
It’s proof.
It’s purpose.
