Did you know you can freeze whole tomatoes? Keep extra tomatoes from going bad and enjoy them later by placing whole tomatoes in a large ziplock bag, pressing out any air (or seal with a vacuum bag and sealer) and freeze. These tomatoes will be great to use in future sauces and soups. Once ready to use, simply thaw and cook!
