On Saturday, we were honored to cater the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra opening night pre-concert reception at the Capitol Theatre. The theme for this year’s event was “Speakeasy in the Alley”- turning the alleyway into a modern day speakeasy with all the glitz and glam of the prohibition era.

Everyone knows we LOVE a themed party- so we brought the food, the decor, and our costumes!

Hors d’oeuvres menu included:
-WSO Charcuterie letters
-Spinach dip with homemade pitas
-Bruschetta
-Caprese skewers
-Grape jelly homemade meatballs
-Tuscan grilled chicken skewers

Tonight we returned to the beautiful 1306 to cater the Mountaineer Food Bank Capital Campaign Dinner.

Hors d’oeuvres:
•Homemade pepperoni rolls with marinara
•Roasted Brussel sprouts with hot pepper bacon glaze
•Bacon wrapped jalapeños
•Individual cheese ball assortment with artisan cracker
•Reuben dip with rye crostinis
•Buffalo chicken dip with homemade pita chips
•Baked potato bar with all the toppings…

🍯Ham & Swiss biscuit sandwiches with house apricot mustard
🍯 Baked Rosemary chicken sliders with sharp white cheddar, arugula and sour cherry preserves

Saturday evening we had the honor of catering the VIP cocktail hour for the commencement of Foxfire Film Festival. We returned to the stunning 1306 venue for an evening of food, drinks and fun.

Hors d’oeuvre menu 🎬
-Individual grilled cheese & tomato bisque shooters
-Grilled chicken satay skewers
-Roasted brussel sprouts with thai chili
-Bruschetta
-Roast beef, horseradish, arugula & bleu cheese sliders
-Spinach and artichoke stuffed mushrooms

Today we traveled to the beautiful 1306 to celebrate the future Mrs. Bosworth.
“Love was brewing” today with a custom brunch build, coffee theme decor, and Tacet Coffee Cart .
