Another 🔥 lunchbox catering knocked out today!

At first glance… it might look like just a roast beef sandwich.

It’s not even close.

We take Angus Reserve bottom round, dry brine it, slow roast for 4 hours, slice it thin, and soak it in our house-made au jus. Then we melt provolone over the top, pile it high on a buttery toasted brioche, and finish it with our house horseradish aioli and fresh lettuce.

On the side:
Creamy Yukon Gold potato salad (new on the catering menu 👀)

And to finish it off…
Homemade Oreo cookies from our pastry chef.
