🎓 Another graduate celebration in the books! 🎓

Connor celebrated his graduation surrounded by family and friends at Vito’s 2, and we were honored to be a part of his special day!

His delicious Ă  la carte menu featured a fresh homemade bruschetta bowl served with crisp baguette slices and fresh mozzarella, followed by our crowd-favorite buffalo chicken dip. Guests also enjoyed turkey sliders and hearty meatball sandwiches served on fresh buns with provolone cheese.

We absolutely loved this menu setup—it was the perfect combination of fresh flavors and comfort food, and it was a huge hit with everyone!

Congratulations, Connor! We wish you nothing but success and happiness in your future endeavors. Thank you for letting us help celebrate such an important milestone.

It was truly an honor to provide the food for such an incredible event yesterday! Lyle’s 1st Annual Benefit Cigar Event brought together friends, family, community members, and cigar enthusiasts for an evening of great ci**rs, drinks, entertainment, raffles, and fellowship—all while raising money for the Lyle Family Diabetes Foundation.

Our menu consisted of a delicious olive spread accompanied by an assortment of fresh meats, cheeses, and crackers, along with our homemade pasta salad and fresh rolls. For the main feature, guests enjoyed Vito’s famous roast beef served sandwich-style and topped with fresh provolone cheese—a crowd favorite that was a perfect fit for the occasion.

We love being a part of events that bring people together for a meaningful cause, and this event was exactly that. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying great food, great company, and supporting such an important mission. Thank you for allowing Vito’s 2 Catering to be a part of this special evening. We wish the organizers continued success as this amazing event grows year after year!

We wrapped up yesterday with a very special graduation celebration for Aideen, a proud graduate of Big Red! 🎓

Her menu was filled with delicious homemade comfort foods, including breaded baked chicken, homemade cabbage rolls with sauerkraut, pasta with our homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, pierogies, and fresh squash & zucchini. Aideen wanted to honor her Slovakian heritage and the comforting flavors her grandmother was known for, and we were honored to help bring those cherished family traditions to the table.

Next up for today, we are having the pleasure of catering for Melia, another proud graduate of Brooke High School, as she celebrates this special milestone with family and friends! 🎓✨

Her delicious menu featured a fresh garden salad, dinner rolls, breaded roasted chicken, penne pasta with our homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, homemade meatballs, white parsley potatoes, and to top it all off—our famous hot and mild wings! 🔥🍴

Melia, congratulations on your graduation! We wish you all the success in the world as you begin your journey at WVU! We know you’re going to accomplish amazing things!

Today is another busy day for us, and we’re excited to kick it off by celebrating another very special graduate! 🎓
Our first catering event of the day was for Grace, a proud Brooke High School graduate. Her guests enjoyed one of our delicious breakfast options featuring homemade pancakes, crispy bacon, fresh scrambled eggs, chicken and waffles, breakfast potatoes, and a beautiful fresh fruit tray.

Congratulations, Grace! We are honored to have been a part of your special day and wish you nothing but success and happiness in all your future endeavors.

Yesterday’s graduation party was absolutely divine! 🎓✨

The menu featured fresh dinner rolls, pasta with our homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, and homemade meatballs. Guests also enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie spread filled with premium meats, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and garnishes. To top it all off, we served a Chipotle-style bar loaded with rice, chicken, buffalo chicken dip, black beans, corn, queso, homemade guacamole, homemade salsa, chips, pita bread, and so much more! 🔥🍴

This special celebration was held at The Elite Center in Colliers, and we absolutely love this venue! It’s conveniently located, spacious, welcoming, and truly feels like home. We highly recommend it for your next event.
